Okay, less than 24 hours now.

I think I have everything set up for the Reveal:

1. Two computers, Mac and PC in case they reveal something on one platform that they don't show on the other.

2. A 10.0 magnifier to ferret out details

3. An Infrared scope in case of Hidden Reveals (it's amazing what you can find in second-hand stores next to a large military base . . .)

4. A database of every Wonder, Building, District, and Terrain type used in previous Civ games for comparison.

5. And last but not least, my tinfoil hat . . .

Thanks! I haven't been doing much with Civ lately, having drained Civ6 to the leas, but I'm very excited about Civ7 news. :D
 
- XCOM-style action camera that zooms to units fighting with cool animations

If they do this, I hope it is not cartoony. Zooming in to a group of units fighting like a real battle, would be great. I just don't want to see units fighting like in Mortal Kombat where they do crazy flips and finishing moves. That would be cool for a little bit but it would get old quick, I think. I could see players turning it off after the first game.
 
Will we find out if there will be more than one unit per hex today?
