This is an animated 4-era Kenyan/Tanzanian Leaderhead with PCX files created at the request of Sword_of_Geddon, based on the look and texture of my Mokuba Jibada LH. The ancient and medieval eras are based on a Maasai look, whilst I opted for a more modern look for the industrial and modern eras, as I didn't feel I could alter the maasai look enough to make four distinctly different eras. Although I'm aware that the Maasai usually have a somewhat darker skin and slightly different looks, I wanted any eras of the LH to be able to be used along with the Redguard LH I made for anyone wishing to interchange looks or eras.
There is an additional, alternate 5th era that is more military. It's at the request of LizardmenRule!. It obviously may be used in replacement of the modern flc.

Here's the perfect choice for the Kenyan UU. Thanks to ShiroKobbure for making such an awesome unit! (Again, provided by Gen. Rommel)
Name: Maasai Warrior
Replaces: Warrior
Req. Tech: N/A
Obsolete By: N/A (the Maasai exist to this day so why would they be made obsolete by anything)
Shieldcost: 20
Attack: 3
Defense: 1
Movement: 2
Req. Resources: N/A
AI Strategy: Offensive
Movement Bonus: Plains (to represent their specialty in the Serengeti)
Special Trait: Slavery Ability (able to turn enemy units into slave workers)
If you feel the attack value is slightly too strong, then I would suggest lowering it to a total of 2. I personally like the current attack value at 3 because it underlines the war-like nature of the Maasai. Additionally, I'd like to point out some of the pros and contras of this unit so that no one gets on my back about it being unbalanced.
Contras:
- Double the cost of normal warriors
- Cannot be upgraded to knight later (or anyother unit for that matter), meaning other nations will be able to build up their cavalry forces considerably faster than the Kenyans in the Middle Ages
- Due to its early arrival in the game, it may quickly lose its importance to other more powerful UUs
- Results in possibly pre-mature Golden Age (I prefer mine in the Middle Ages)
Pros:
- It has the strongest attack value of any unit in the stone age, meaning you can make some needed pressure from the get-go
- 2 movement meaning you can use him to additionally scout out the terrain, which is further accented by his plain movement bonus
- 2 movement also means you're going to be able to overrun the opponent with warriors before they even know what hit them
- No need to build horseman, nor do you even have to wait to research horsemanship to build a strong offensive unit that can tread over massive portions of land in no time
- Able to turn enemy units into slave workers, meaning the Kenyans will have an army of workers at their disposal if they are used properly
- Never made obsolete meaning you will be able to start a golden age in any era you choose (though this is somewhat impractical)
- Will show those damn Zulu who's boss
