Civ4 has Backspace to Cancel last Mission,
and W to switch to the next idle unit (group) - which if I understand it correctly will make all units execute their orders once you've cycled through all the idle units (groups) once...
but is there a keyboard shortcut to make the unit (group) to execute its current Mission ?
