It is in my experience that teenagers are rarely as correct as they think they are. In other words, a persons 'truth' hinges quite a bit on the perception of the situation. Change yours, and perhaps things will go easier for you.

Teenagers may very well be correct, and perhaps often are, but they don't realize that merely being correct doesn't matter, nor is fighting an arbitrary system a good use of their time.

they are scared of smart natives because they have broken so many treaties, that they can't let natives become lawyers, or else they are going to realize, the system is screwing them over. thats why i'm getting harrased at school, im capable of becoming alawyer and they are taking that away from me by suspending me.

FREE EDUCATION IS A RIGHT!

I'm still looking for a link to something that better explains what is going on here... from what it sounds to me you didn't turn in some schoolwork, got in a fight/argument with the teacher about turning it in, and the school suspended you. Certainly doesn't seem like anything illegal, it's true their might be some administrator who hates you, and that's unfair, but you really can't do much about it. If there are more specifics you feel are really unfair, then talking this over with your parents/a lawyer is the only good course out there, don't go sending this letter or whatever you're trying to do with the school board.

see how it works?, they think im the problem, i'm just a really smart native, the systems are also XENOphobes

A couple of thoughts. First of all, you are simply not as smart as you think you are. Not even half. Not even a quarter, most likely. Why? Because if you were indeed as smart as you think you are you wouldnt be in this predicament.

Secondly, get over yourself. The world doesnt revolve around you. The sooner you learn that fact the better.

Considering your replies here, I think you need to start looking in how to get that GED.

i got myself in this predicament, because i am being ostricized by the system, read the main post before you jump to conclusions.

MIND my spelling, i only got my english nine.

2.Child Society Realizes something.
What's a child society?

3.Troubles in school
The child acts up Because has he/she recieved no guidance form his foster parents. gets kicked out of school.
4.troubles with the law.
Because of a low education, the child commits crime to survive.
Right here, right now, between three and four is where you can break the cycle.
You, nobody else.
But you can't do it by doing most of what you are supposed to do for three months. (Skipping school in November, now everybody should treat you like a model student, because you do "most" of the stuff you're supposed to do.)
No, life's not a walk on the beach.

But my point was:
Right here, right now, between three and four is where you can break the cycle.

Blimey, left-tenant, don't mean to detract you from your G'n'T, but the natives are getting rather unruly sah! Want me to go and bash them blighters down?

Yes...so should I assume what I said was correct? - because as someone else said the OP was entirely incoherent. Again, it sounds like you didn't do your work and got in an argument with that one teacher about it, which then caused the school to suspend you. You don't have much of a case with that, should really just apologize.

Perhaps your individual plight isn't indicative of who you are or your background or "the system" but what you do.

The OP is an incoherent babble.

If the letter you plan to send them is an incoherent as that, you might want to sit down and make it a bit more eloquent.

If anything, it further makes the case that he needs to be back in class.

Not jumping to conclusions. As I said earlier, I am the father of three kids. And I know their friends, and their situations. I know your type well.

And your attempt to play the race card and the reasoning behind it (no one wants native lawyers) is simply beyond lame. Its so inane at this particular time in your life that to even allege such a thing its hugely silly.

must i remind you that the kid is unguided. i forgot to add how the counsellors manipulate too. they took psycology in university, they know what their doing.

a child society is different in different cities or countries. it is a general term, i am not targeting a specific society.

Did anyone manage to undestand at least 10% of the OP?

Is Warhead5654 really a Native American? Or does he pretend to be one with the goal of making Native Americans look stupid?

If you don't want to open yours eyes, go ahead then.

Oh, I'm opening my eyes, alright... to the reintroduction of corporal punishment in school. You need a smacking.

I got kicked out of school permenantly when I was 16, went to another one. dont worry about it, just keep yer head down and get through it
