Seriously though, if you didn't adhere to the code you're expected to, and you get punished for it, and you hand in such incoherent babble that sounds like you wrote it high, then you're screwed.

Warhead,

I truly understand how you feel, how it sucks to be wrongly accused and punished. It sucks to be at the mercy of an unfair and merciless ruling organization, but you really have no choice but to be apologetic. I understand that righteous pride prevents you from wanting to apologize for something that isn't your fault, but if your intention is to get back into school, then you need to bite the bullet and submit to their authority. Questioning their authority is what got you into trouble in the first place. Further questioning it and raging against the machine isn't going to accomplish your goal. Sure, you will feel better about sticking it to the man, but they can (and will) stick it back to you ten-fold.

Sorry, buddy, it sucks, but you can't stick it to the man until you've got something to stick. Right now you need to suck it up and play the stupid games - it isn't fair, but that's how it goes. If you struggle, you're only going to make it worse. Kiss ass now and fight injustice later.

And really, if you insist on sending that letter (which is a terrible idea), find someone who writes well to help you clean it up a bit. It'll still be a terrible idea but at least it won't look as bad.

Just suck it up.

Your only real chance is to perform a mea culpa and fall on your sword. Say your sorry and that it will never happen again and then follow through on that promise.

Shaking your finger at the man only gets you a broken finger. Trust me on this.

I don't think I've ever agreed with you about anything involving authority, until now. :goodjob:

they are scared of smart natives because they have broken so many treaties, that they can't let natives become lawyers, or else they are going to realize, the system is screwing them over. thats why i'm getting harrased at school, im capable of becoming alawyer and they are taking that away from me by suspending me.
Sorry, but the "white man is keeping me down" ship sailed about 30-40 years ago...

What kind of lawyer is needed for a completely incoherent babbling diatribe with more faults than Chernobyl's fusebox?

Yeah, he strikes me more as a tenure-track professor in whatever kind of Aboriginal studies departments Canadian universities have.

"and, ladies and reichsfuhers of the jury, if the glove does not fit you must oh god i was just like smack talking and then it got backed at me and hell naw i ain having that yall so i wall all yeah you gotta acquit"

Listen to downtown. It doesn't matter what the situation is, just listen to downtown. From what I can make out of the OP, I think I agree with you, but regardless, listen to downtown.

i got the whole school board waiting for this letter. i need to save my ass, this is my last chance boys
Even if the letter you intended to send was written using a professional tone and was grammatically correct, it would probably hurt rather than help you. That thing you typed in the OP, well, if you're lucky they might read two sentences of it before they trash it.

It's my experience that that doesn't apply only to teenagers.

Zelig, there are exceptions to every rule. However, it does apply more to teens who siimply havent had as much time as adults to actually determine who they actually are and what their reality actually is.

But in essence, you are entirely correct.

I don't understand the OP. Seriously I don't. Can someone translate it for me in Queens English?

I cannot see any way sending in that letter will help matters. Even if you clean up the atrocious spelling and grammar it's really only going to make things worse. As others have pointed out, if the school is genuinely in the wrong as you say, sending them a letter (particularly something like the OP) is not going to change anything.

In all honesty I doubt the school is in the wrong here. Yes it is possible to end up against someone vindictive in a position of authority at a school, but for every real case there's hundreds more of people trying to dump the blame for their own mistakes onto someone else. Your rather vague explanation of what you've been kicked out smells strongly like that to me. Even if they do have some unfair issue with you, they'd still have to give a specific reason. There are mentions of both skipping school and only completing most of your work - care to elaborate? The real giveaway is of course your use of the race card at the end. Somehow I've a feeling you're the source of the problem here.
