Level is your level. When you get enough xp to level up, you are awarded ¥4 to buy ability points. Xp is gained from damaging cities, armies, and monsters. Every point of damage done against a city or army is worth 1xp, while damaging or killing a monster will give you xp equal to portion of its xp equal to the % of damage you did against. Ex. doing 5 damage to a 10hp a level 5 monster will give you 11xp, and 22xp if you kill it.
Health is how much damage you can take before dying. If your hp reaches 0, you are dead. During combat, if your health drops below half of what it was at the start of the turn, you will flee.
Regeneration is how many lost health points you regain each turn.
Attack is how likely you are to hit an enemy. 1 attack point is equal to 1d6. When attacking, if the attacker has a higher attack roll than their opponents defense, the attack is successful.
Damage is how hard you hit. If you successfully attack, you subtract your damage points from your opponents hp.
Defense is how much attack you can deflect. See attack.
Speed is how far you can move in a turn. 1 speed is equal to 50km. Speed also determines who goes first in combat. Speed is also used when fleeing combat, with (speed)d6 being rolled against the opponents (speed)d6. You can attack as many targets as you want as long as you can reach them in a turn.
Kaiju Construction
Choose a kaiju from any Godzilla film (not TV series - no, you can’t be Godzooky), besides the big man himself. Here’s a handy list. https://imgur.com/gallery/CFnku
Choose a location on the map. You can start in the ocean if you want. Okinawa doesn’t exist. Godzilla ate it.
You start with ¥10 to buy ability points.
¥1 = 2 hp
¥1 = 1 regeneration
¥2 = 1 attack (1d6)
¥1 = 1 damage
¥1 = 2 defense
¥1 = 1 speed (50km)

Combat
During, opponents will take turns attacking and defending, until either a kaiju is reduced to below half health and they try to escape, or they die.
Combat between kaiju happens when you directly attack another kaiju, or when two or more kaiju attack the same city at the same time.
Kaiju can team up against an opponent, whether it be a city, JSDF group, or another kaiju. All cooperating players should indicate in their orders to avoid accidentally attacking each other.
Cities
Cities can be attacked for xp, but they can put up a fight. There are three levels of cities, with their own stat blocks. You can attack multiple cities in a turn.
If you are too injured to risk attacking a city, you can stomp villages for 1xp a turn at no risk.

Threat Level is a global value, and is raised when villages, cities, and JSDF groups are destroyed. Stomping villages raises the threat level by 1 point, destroying a Basic JSDF group or minor city raises the threat level by 2, a major city by 5, and Tokyo by 20. Every 5 points of threat level passed will spawn increasingly numerous and powerful JSDF groups at major cities or Tokyo. At 100 points, Godzilla will emerge from Mt. Fuji.
