    Thats depends on your processor. My i7 does it in about 20-30 seconds, and my Athlon XP 1800 took 2-3 minutes especially when winter turns.

    1st turn is always slow, then subsequent turns get a bit faster.

    It was an early attempt to get the Nations to go and hunt them down and gain experience points. i.e. to reflect the strength of the Allied Navies.

    I will be fixing this in the unreleased 0.4x by giving the respective Navies experience points directly.

    As I do more modding ... the more techniques I learn

    hopefully you will learn enough from this to make the most badass WWII mod for Civ V

    I hope so. Thanks civ_king.

    Civ 5 looks really good and will suit my style with it's one unit per tile limitation. I can have Dvisions, corps and armies making up a line.

    Click on "the bottom of my signature" also the phrase above "My thanks to the everyone who have downloaded"

    NOTE: the install is very technical - version 0.40 will be one file.

    TIP: You can try to play the Pacifc Map with this mod if you open up the scenario in notepad and change

    Code:
    ModPath=Mods\The Road to War
    to
    Code:
    ModPath=Mods\The Road to War - KiwiTT
    I still hope to release a comprehensive update to the Pacific map with the release of version 0.50 (the last release before Civ V)
