Knowing who planted embassies

Hi all

sorry if this has already been discussed, but i did not find anything in this forum.
I was wondering if there is a way to know which civilization planted every CS embassy ? It would be really useful to see it in the CS screen.
Main use case would be to know which civ you are going to hurt if you conquer the city state (by rendering useless their embassy), or if you steal it with a citadel (more difficult to achieve but the opportunity is there sometimes).

First congress votes depend heavily on CS embassies, and I would love to be able to target specific CS to destroy rival civs' embassies, if it makes sense.

If it is not possible in the current status, I would love to see it proposed in a future congress (by then I will take the time to read how to do so !).

You can see which civ an embassy belongs to if you hover over the improvement tile itself.
