If no one here does, I know some people who are at least familiar with Quechua. It sounds like Pachacuti is speaking a form of Quechua. The challenge is to find someone who can translate Quechua.

The poet Mehmet Akif wrote this in 1910: "The crime reports in the newspapers are couched in language so abstruse that ordinary people listen to them as if they were religious formulae.
It is ridiculous to write Depredators who nocturnally effected an opportunist entry into Mehmet Bey's domicile purloined costly tapis eight in number when what you mean is Burglars broke into Mehmet Bey's house by night and stole eight valuable rugs.
"Explorer of the sea, hero of man. You're doing great. From the top!"I am Kupe, explorer of the sea
For the non-native English speakers here - what is exactly the New Zealander slang here? Is it just the word "choice" used as word "wonderful"?
Both Quill and Potato McWhiskey interrupted her, but I managed to catch that the beginning of Dido's intro is, "I am Dido, queen of Carthage and Canaan..." (ʾanôk Dido, malkat Qart-hadašt wa-Kanaan...) (Should be: ʾanūk Dido, malkot Qart-ḥadast wik-Kanaʿan...)

Nice work! Mispronunciations aside, is this actually in Punic?
Modern Hebrew pronounces it as /χ/, Biblical Hebrew and Phoenician as /ħ/, but she definitely pronounced it as /h/.Doesn't Classical/Modern Hebrew have the ḥ sound? I wonder why she can't get that right.
In spelling, yes. In pronunciation, it's /wi/ + gemination of the following consonant (or /waː/ before a laryngeal); this is because /a/ > /i/ before CC in Phoenician. Her pronunciation is closer to the Hebrew /wa/.Also isn't the "and" in Phoenician just a "w" sound that connects to the next consonant without emphasis? It would be "w-Kanaan" right?
Close enough, yes, albeit Punic was a dialect of Phoenician; what Dido speaks is closer to the Tyro-Sidonian dialect.Nice work! Mispronunciations aside, is this actually in Punic?
Agenda Approval is harder to identify, but it's in English, at least.
You rule with great [providence?], [by helping us solve] these international problems. Canada [greets?] you.
Mansa Musa is speaking Arabic but it’s very difficult to hear what he says behind announcers voice I could only make out “أنا سلطان .. أنا رجل ... جداً جداً"

*I am not 100% certain which verb Laurier uses here. I think it's 'se coupent' which means 'that hit the world', but can also mean 'to intersect the world' or 'to entice the world', but it could also be "se courent", which means 'that run the world'. I went with 'se couper' here because its meanings fit the in-game text better and with 'gripe' because it fits the context more.
