Latest ATI Drivers

I have an ATI x800XL card and the game now crashes every 6 or 7 turns.
It didn't used to do this and the only thing I can think of that is different is a windows XP update.

EDIT:
Turns out it wasn't my ATI card or windows update making it crash. It was cachmanXP. For some reason that utility was interfering with the game and uninstalling it fixed the problem.

It was recommended to you NOT to get the X1950, but you did it anyway. You were told to list your PSU specs, but you never did. Now you've "wasted" your money on an aux PSU for the graphics card when you should have simply replaced your main PSU. Why do you bother asking for advice if you have no intentions of taking it?
