Launch options

I was wondering, Steam has the option for launch options. Does anyone have a list of those or does civ5 only run through the .ini files? Specifically I'd like to remove the header and borders when I'm playing in windowed mode, and I'd love to have the game start in dx10 when I click the icon. Instead of clicking the icon and selecting dx10/11 twice...

Bumpdiebump. Nobody? By now I've established that the obvious -noborder doesn't work.

Try with some "/" instead of "-" maybe, that is the syntax used in the shortcuts you can create to start the game directly in DirectX 9 or 11 (/dx9 or /dx11).
