I'm in the middle of a game, and I see three dyes lined up diagonally, two spaced apart? If I set a city lined up in the middle, will I be able to get them all with a courthouse? Here's the structure:

----| (x)
--_|
--(x)

X = City
(x) = Dyes
| _ = Coast
It's the sort of thing that you don't know if the expanded radius includes the corners as well. I hope it does. I really want one super city rather than two reasonably good cities.

The courthouse does not give you a square sized area to work, it gives you a fat cross. I'll try to show through this "drawing" where the x is what you can work, the _ is a square you cannot work, and the C is the City.
