Two new DLC packs are coming for Sid Meier’s Civilization VI on iPad in the iOS App Store. The Nubia Civilization & Scenario Pack is available for $4.99, and the Khmer and Indonesia Civilization & Scenario Pack is available for $8.99. This update includes the changes from the desktop Summer 2017 and Fall 2017 updates.

These DLC packs requires the full, unlocked game Sid Meier’s Civilization® VI on iOS in order to play, which is currently on sale for 50% off in the App Store.

Civilization VI is regularly priced $59.99. Sale ends May 17 at 11:59 p.m. PDT.

Civilization VI requires an iPad Air 2, iPad 2017, or any iPad Pro.

What they don't tell you is that the new version includes summer and fall 2017 changes.

Downloaded and started a game as Nubia. It was nice to also get the summer and fall updates. Nice job Aspyr Civilization 6 now is one of the best games available on iPad.

But we still need Rise & Fall. :-/
Aspyr have done a great job in getting so much DLC out in such a short time. It was much longer between releases for the PC. R&F might take them a while as that was a major update with a lot of content.

I was very surprised to get the immortals bug fix as that only came out with the spring update for PC a couple of days ago. Is that bug fixed for Mac users yet?

3 big chances that I've noticed.

1. you can save game configs. Which is nice if you prefer to start you civs in later eras
2. You have 1 button restart, which is great for fixing bad locations starts.
3. The religion screen is a bit different. it seems to work smoother, but I was terrible at managing relgious war.

I think the dlc has been great but its a bit confusing. I would not mid paying $20 dollars for a consolidation pack of 5 or 6 civs and assorted scenarios. but really just a roadmap for releases would be nice. I'm not interesting in buying every civ on day and date release, but would very much consider a consolidation offer down the line.

Rise and Fall fits that criteria. Nine new civs and costs US$ 29.00. At the rate Aspyr have been releasing DLC it should be available soon.
