Leader name glich in mp?

So I was playing a MP game with my dad and I noticed that Washington had been renamed to 'Chaos' on the diplomacy menu. Has anyone else seen anything like this?

Maybe you're using mods that replace leader names or something? It really looks weird/funny.

I haven't ever used mods... This was the second session of this game and I noticed it about an hour after loading. I wonder what would have triggered this change. I also haven't seen it since.

I don't play MP, but I know that in SP, when you're starting a game, you have the option of renaming the leader and civ. It would follow that whoever was playing Washington renamed himself as Chaos, so this is not a bug.
