Leader Pass no Julius Caesar in my DLC

I have 3 of 4 new leaders in my Civ 6 update, I don't have Julius Caesar, other 3 I have, anyone have a clue why is that, thanx

Julius Caesar isn't part of the Leader Pass even though he was released at the same time. Instructions on how to get him for free are located in the OP of this thread -
