I'm sure you've noticed the few errors in there. Sitting Bull with the Mint,
Darius as Greek, Pacal with the totem pole.

Added the changes of the Greek Phalanx, Japanese Samurai & Spanish Conquistador.
Also change the Dike requirements. It's also available for coastal cities.

I have been looking around on the forums to see why there isn't a leader available to be Pholosphical and industrious. Does such a leader exist and am I being a bit dumb? Or is there a reason why there isn't a leader with these traits?

It seems you're right. I never noticed I even picked Shaka out for the starting techs.
I can fixed it right now, because last sunday my computer died while setting up a new game of civilization. Tomorrow I get my new one. So I will update this a.s.a.p.
