I think that he is asking if any of the leader traits have been changed and what these changes are.

Only Expansive has been changed compared to Warlords:

25% production bonus to workers instead 50%.

Well yes, I did want to see the definition of the traits and find out if they have changed compared to warlords too.
Why doesn't a tooltip in game explain these things anyway?

Check the Civilopedia, under Leaders... it should give a breakdown of the leader's traits and what they do.
