Does anybody know what exactly leader traits mean (like expansionist, perfectionist, etc, you may see them using embassy)?

It describes AI behavior and possibly boni/mali. The expansionist and aggressive powers (Zulus, Russia, Mongols) are the very dangerous ones in the early game, since they spam the map with settlers and cheap offensive units and tend to attack anyone who isn't at least as strong as they are. The perfectionists tend to limit themselves to defensive units, city walls, and settlers who build mines, irrigation, and roads around their bases. Given enough time and area to expand, they can be dangerous w/r/t the space race; but they're usually much easier for humans to overrun.

Play on Earth map and observe Zulus. They have enough starting lebensraum and just watch them go...

You can find an explanation on leader traits near the bottom of this page: https://www.civfanatics.com/civ1/cia/allcivs.htm

Aggressiveness is a measure of how "mean" or "nice" a civilization is. More aggressive civilizations are more likely to attack first, extort other civilizations for money, and hold a grudge. Development is a measure of the balance a civilization creates between building up existing cities and expanding. Civilizations which are more expansionistic will tend to colonize until there is no land left, and then go to war if necessary to keep expanding. Civilizations which are more perfectionistic will tend to build large, well defended cities. Militarism is a measure of how much a civilization favours building military units over self-improvement.
