For the LH, I may help you, but probably not this week. I'm really busy right now, so I can help, but not now. I'm working on totaly new LHs made from scrath with Refar, but this process take a lot of time (modeling from scratch for me, animating from scratch for Refar), it's a lot of time consumed. What I will probably do, is modify some existing LH (but modifying heavily so we won't recognize the guy, and using the same anim isn't a big deal in a mod that doesn't use vanilla leaders).
Refar, I will probably need your help for the exports again (I know I'm asking a lot of request
at the point that we are, a LH export shouldn't be to annoying for you )
If you have some concept picture meanwhile, you can post it here.

Super! I am not sure I am very effective at finding concept art, but I used images.google.com with terms like "punk" "mohawk" "cyberpunk" "post-apocalyptic" and found things like this:

I had LH art which was screenshots borrowed from Fallout Tactics. This is a very nicely themed, consistent set of art which fits my image. But, it is two color, 75x64 pixel art for the most part -- tiny, and lores. Here is a zip of these jpgs:http://jendaveallen.com/fury-road/fot-concept.zip
Anything that comes out of this project will be great! I can place the characters onto backgrounds and do the required xml/screenshot work, but I have no ability at actual "art".

Sure, i was planing to pin shaders on all the LH's, once they are decided to be definitely in the mod anyway.

I got the "Helmet Guy" to a point where i will call him done. Once David gave him a name, i will upload him to the database as well, maybe someone else has a use for it.
Gave him one of those "animated sky" backgrounds. Not sure waht exactly the junk in the BG is - i looked for ruined motel or biker shop pictures, and this looked wrecked enought to be post-apocalyptic.

That is great! I will have to think of a cooler name. I want to keep "ironhead" for somebody who looks like he is wearing a big iron thing on his head. The bike helmet is great but not "iron". I would use him to replace Peter, among my current leaderhead names, but that is not very memorable.
BTW, I love the background too. I have searched, and found a few good backgrounds as you can see in the current leaderhead page, but I am sure there are more, better ones too. If you have found some, send them along too, and they will find a good home.

looks really great Refar how about "Sgt. Moonland" as name (the name itself could be better, but imo a military rank could fit Edit: perhaps only "The Sergeant" or something similar)

I removed the hat from Amras Anne Bonny and changed the face shape a bit and switched animations, to make her look less Boudica. The skin is a bit dark, but with all the desert there i think it's ok. Kept Davids Aelwyn BG.

thanks to arnor, this is spadines with burebista's cap....i am attempting to "rip up" the armour (using an alpha channel) and making a ty-dye like ripped up shirt...wish me luck..

Cool! I had just this minute sent you a PM asking if you were interested, obviously you were! I think getting the armor to look beat-up is more important than getting fancy colors on the shirt.
EDIT: seZereth has a good technique of adding dirt and rust, this may be easier than alpha-out part of the chainmail.

OK! on the left, some rusty scale, on the right, some snakey scale, what do u think? also, i could change the colors on the cap, the t-shirt, let me know what u would like on the wrist braces...i could make them metal, or i could make the "sports-type" wrist bands (terry cloth-like)?...would u like a logo on the cap?....

The mail on the left looks more rusted, so I pick that one. No need for a logo on the cap, I like it the way it is. Metal wrist braces sounds cool, but not too shiny.
I'm not sure what anims you were planning. Among the 16 I have, there are a lot of Alexander's and a few other duplicates. I haven't made notes about which is which, but if you download the LH pack (see first post in Welcome thread) you could probably recognize them. I'd prefer to use a set of anims that isn't already in use if possible.
