Leaderhead on main menu, sometimes crashes

-Launch a 2 player multiplayer game.
-Player A recieves a message from AI, leaves the leaderhead display up.
-Player B leaves the game.
-Player A selected Exit Game in the wait window

2 issues to observe
1. The leaderhead window remains open on the main menu.
2. Sometimes if you quit the game it crashes (happened after a few hours of play).

This seems to only work if the AI contacts you, not if you contact the AI.

Vote Continue Game, exit the diplo screen, and then quit the game.
