Many others have contributed to slicing and dicing parts off of leaderheads (dutchking, refar, bernie14, niknaks, C.Roland, to name a few)
All of these parts are the collection I have in my LH working folder. I import them into blender and work with them to make my leaderheads. So for those daring to use blender this should save time.
For those of you that are used to attaching stuff in nifskope this may help as well. Tutorials for this are in the tutorial forum (don't ask me I don't do that

I've organized the nif files by names like:
beard_LH_NAME.nif
hair_LH_NAME.nif
hat_LH_NAME.nif
parts_LH_NAME.nif (this is just a separated leaderhead all cut up more useul in blender)
sash_LH_NAME.nif
suit_LH_NAME.nif
textures are not included. Please post any parts that I may not have included.
