You can only have 1 leader and 1 palace at a time. I don't know how the leader would decrease corruption.

I usually build an army and leave it empty until I get Modern Armor, by then I have 5 or 6 armies waiting to be unleashed.

I believe what Angel is referring to is using a leader to Rush the forbidden palace. Most of the time you want the forbidden palace in a place that is highly corrupt. But the problem is it takes 200 turns to build it. Use a leader to 'rush build' it.

Yes, it is the use that I read about the leaders use, however only worked to accelerate Forbidden Palace non other Palaces which I heard let it to reduce also the corruption. Thanks for your comments, really I had a lot of money evaporated in commerce corruption. Angel

Leaders can be used to rush any improvements, not just the Forbidden Palace. But since they can build anything in 1 turn, it's rather a waste to use them for ordinary improvements. You're better off to use them on a wonder. By themselves though, they don't reduce corruption, they just help you build improvements that do.
