I'll be honest; I have more hours of League of Legends than I do Civilization 5. Now, the fact that both of those numbers are in the quadruple digits is probably an indicator that I need to find myself a good book, but that's not something I worry about. Instead, I've undertaken this project, to try to capture the diverse people of Runeterra in the context of Civ 5. Eventually I hope that every people group might be represented in a somewhat satisfactory fashion (even one-shot locales such as Loktar and the Voodoo Lands), and I happily accept either community's help in doing so. Below will be links to mods I have already created, along with ones either planned or currently in development.

Unfortunately, I am a terrible artist, and haven't the faintest on how to make proper icons for much of anything. As such, I would implore the assistance of anyone significantly more talented than myself; either as a coworker or mentor to get me started on being able to do it myself.

Any comments are appreciated here, and I'll be keeping an eye on this thread regularly.

Completed Civilizations

-Shurima
Download

Unique Building: Temple of the Sun: Replaces the Grand Temple. More expensive and spawns an incredibly powerful unique ranged unit upon construction, the Ascendant.

Unique Building: Pyramid of Kings: Replaces the Palace. Grants an incredible amount of all yields, but also decreases all Food, Production, Gold, and Science yields in the capital by 25%.

-Piltover
Download

Unique Unit: H28G Evolution Turret: Replaces the Gatling Gun. Gains a free promotion after it's first combat that causes it to specialize either in attacking units or cities.

Unique Building: Yordle Science Academy: Replaces the University. Significantly more expensive and more expensive to maintain, but features 3 Yordle Engineer specialists that provide both science and production.

Civilizations In-Progress

-Demacia

UA: With us or Against Us. When War is declared on Demacia, other neutral civilizations side with one of the two sides; those on opposite sides receive large diplomacy penalties with each other.

UB: Hall of Heroes: Replaces the National Monument. Units trained in this city earn experience 50% faster.

Civilizations planned for the future.

-Noxus
-Bandle City
-Bilgewater
-Freljord
-Ionia
-Zaun
-Icathia
-Lokfar (maybe...?)
-Targon
-The Shadow Isles
-The Institute of War
-The Void

You made a civ that only has unique wonders... interesting...

What are the hex codes for the civs? Happy to make some icons.

You said words, but they didn't trandlate to me. I'm worry, I'm woefully ignorant in this sort of thing, so you'll have to explain a bit more in-depth. I'm pretty new at this...

@Natan:
I actually want the UB for Bandle City to be a Unique World wonder too, but I'm not sure I can actually do that without making it overwrite another wonder...

But I did really like that about Shurima. I felt like it made it stand out; although the temple really is just a wonder unit. That was sort of the idea, I just didn't know how to make an actual wonder unit (I guess I could make an invisible building that spawned a unit? Would the be an improvement, or is this way thematic enough to be good?)

What are the exact in-game colours of these civs?

What are the exact in-game colours of these civs?

A. Currently they're both using the default Red and White combination that England uses, as trying to make my own combination consistently crashed the mod on launch. It wasn't a very high priority for me at the time, but I'll put it together tonight along with some other bug fixes and get back to you.
