Leftover folders from safe mode -- safe to delete?

After using safe mode a few times, I found new "profile" folders in the Documents and Settings folder, named Administrator.AIMEESCOMPUTER 001, 002, so on. Are these safe to delete?

You could delete them, it would be like removing any other profile on your computer. They'll just be recreated when you log back into safe mode.

Unless you're really worried about hard drive space, leave them be for convenience the next time you log into safe mode.
