This mod adds two new buildings, a corresponding National Wonder and a new technology with a legislative theme.
Magistrate's Court: +10% Production toward buildings. +1 Happiness. 2 Gold Maintenance. Requires Writing.
High Court: +15% Production toward buildings. +2 Happiness. 3 Gold Maintenance. Requires Code of Laws.
Supreme Court: -10% Social Policy cost. +4 Happiness. Requires a High Court in every city. Requires Code of Laws.
Code of Laws: Between Civil Service and Banking. Unlocks the High Court and the Supreme Court.
For balance purposes, the Roman UA has been adjusted: +15% Production toward buildings already built in the Capitol. Begin with +2 sources of Iron in the Capital.
The content of this mod is going to be incorporated into my social policies overhaul, as the only law-flavoured building, the Courthouse, did not adequately support one of the policy trees. Therefore, I am releasing this to seek feedback on balance, as well as whether the new technology is necessary/how to make it more appealing. Thanks.
Credits go to jpbar81 for the Code of Laws icon.
