Let's talk about the ini-files

So one can change several things in the ini files.
The files are located in "%Documents%/My Games/Sid Meier's Civilization 5"

I only know of two settings.
The first is "Minimum Zoom Level" in config.ini, which allows you to zoom in a lot closer (I use 4 although I almost never zoom in *that* far).
The second which is known to me is "SkipIntroVideo" in usersettings.ini which does as it says.

So is there a list of what all the options in the ini-files do?
some are quite straightforward, but others are a bit more vague...
