Levy troops bug

Version 1.0.0.26 Steam PC version.

I levied troops from Preslav. I then, on a later turn, levied troops from Jerusalem. On the next turn, an AI put an envoy in Jerusalem and took away my suzerainity. On doing so, not just the Jerusalem troops, but ALL levied troops were taken away from my control and converted to Jerusalem troops...including the Preslav troops I had levied.

This is surely a bug, and a really bad one to happen right in the middle of a war.

Can you post save files from right before and right after your suzerainship was snatched away?

Here are the closest before and after I can find. In the before you can see the Preslav units near Egypt (catapult, archer, 2 warriors with clubs) and in the after you can see they are Jerusalem units.

I had a similar bug - the earlier levy expired, and all my levied troops (i.e. those from later levies from different city states) reverted to the city state with the first levy...
