Was just going through my novels at home looking for something to read, and saw the Elric series. Thought to myself, Elric & the Melniboneans would make a great addition to C3C... LH: albino elf with red eyes and a big black sword sticking up over his shoulder.
So, if one of you talented LH creators would like to take on a new challenge.
I was thinking for Civ characteristics the Melniboneans would be Scientific & Militaristic, not sure about the city list and a UU, would probably need to page back through the books to find suitable material.
