Yep, my fault. There are two steam texts, one related to new civs with its extra items, and other related to generic ones. I only read the last one :hammer2:

I'm suspecting that Italy will have either a unique government district or the CUA to build 2 government districts to represent their decentralized culture.

So, tentatively mark me down as Italy: district, but it's not a firm lock for me yet.

Ottomons: Bazaar (Commercial Hub replacement. Bonus to be next to city center maybe?)
    Inca: Terrace Farm
Italy: Some replacement for the art museum.
Georgia: The hill fort/towers that have been mentioned.

Now there's a thought. A replacement building in the renaissance era that adds extra great work slots or comes pre-slotted with 1

Or produces loyalty for each great work, or gives bonus era points when Themed.

Sure hope the Inca are included. Fascinating Civ. :)

CivVegas is giving the odds of Inca at about 80% (Betting line 3:2, consult your local bookie)

To me, including a city as a wonder has always been a specious move in a game that is about building cities. But that's just me, and yeah I know we already have a couple.

At any rate, civilizations with mechanics that incorporate different terrain into specific strategies are great. Stand up and be counted, mountainfolk.

Just curious, if like to see Inca also. But, for sales purposes of they save Maya and inca for dc2, will everyone be disappointed?

It would depend on what comes instead.

Make that 84.6%, per my poll, as of the time of this post. :p

I voted and I would be disappointed. For me what would come instead would have to be extremely good, particularly interesting and unique like the Cree, for example, for the disappointment to go away sooner than later, but there would be a mourning period. :aargh::(

I really like SammyKhalifa's idea of Machu Pichu as a unique government plaza.
If you can indeed build only one government district, the unique version of it might as well have the name of a wonder. It would fit perfectly with Inca elaborate social structures.

Dang, very well said. If they throw in 4 other civs as unique as Cree, is be ok with it. These next 4 weeks should be super fun

I don't see how they aren't in it myself. I'd say they are the single civ I'm most sure we'll see by the end of the R&F reveals.

    Ok, I laughed.

But I'm *really* hoping that DLC continues between RF and XP2, because Civ6's mechanics are my favorite (even topping Civ4, which I didn't think was possible) and more civs is ALWAYS good.

So, POST RF (because I have my 4 locks for that), I'd love to see Mali, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Phoenicia, Sioux, Maya, Navajo (an AmerInd civ with MODERN unique unit replacement for Spy with bonuses for counter-espionage!!), did I mention Vietnam?, Mughals, Israel/Hebrews (yeah I know, not gonna happen), Vietnam, and Babylon.
