limiting SDI on warlords

Does anyone know how to limit the sdi effectiviness on warlords? in the main game u go to civprojects folder but i cant see one for warlords? (i hate the 75% hit rate seems way too high and makes nukes usless)

This thread should have been posted in the main Creation and Customization forum.

The file which has the SDI wasn't changed going from Vanilla to Warlords, so Firaxis didn't include it. So just do whatever you did before and it will work.
