[GS] Limiting to single victory condition

I'd prefer it if in the future they only have score victory (and Domination, because there's nothing to play once everyone else are gone), and other old victory conditions give huge scores towards it. AI can then build in every direction (like it should be RP'ing) while not suffering from prioritizing wrong things (because every thing is worth score).
