List of EffectTypes, CollectionTypes and RequirementTypes

am i going crazy or did the list of EffectTypes, CollectionTypes and RequirementTypes dissapear?
there used to be a full list of them in GameEffects.xml, now that file is almost empty

are they listed in some new file i haven't found or is that list gone?
(if it is gone, does anyone have a copy? i found it very usefull to be able to see all of them at once)

You are not crazy.

Luckily they are still available to us via DB.Query methods. @ChimpanG has a spreadsheet available here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1a9-k5V0iWB5Gs1BjdADF20kcd3MGGYst2Zn3P1EIox8/edit#gid=0 of all the effects and requirements types.
