Do we have a list of which files have been affected by the 3.13 patch anywhere?

Many xml files are modified, not onlt small modifications, but whole new entries!

The Python files are also moddied, makking merging tricky

Now for source files, they are basicly all modifed now only addition, but also replacements or complete deletions!
