Ahhh so soothing.
Oooh I like the look of that there multiplayer.
It's starting. Too bad I can't stay, got work to do. I'll watch later this night.
Polystrailia trait changed to +2 trade routes for capital.
They looked OP before.
Hmm... Retrograde thrusters give you a larger open area... seems like they've become awfully potent.
Weather controller adds resources to sea tiles confirmed.
So Kathivan becomes a nerfed shoeshone now.
There are 3 simultaneous CivBE live streams in Twitch right now
I could be wrong but KP still get faster outposts to cities, just from border expansion now. So it is a bit more powerful than before since your regular cities will also expand borders faster now.
Shoeshone was a almost overpowered civ. A nerfed Shoeshone is still awesome.
what's their new ability?
So good to see someone who knows the game playing!
Accelerated city tile grabbing even after outpost becomes city.
PS. what a wonderful stream. Madjinn knows his stuff.
They got -50% tile culture acquisition cost in addition to known ability.
affinity XP cost goes up with all affinity level. One game they had 3/5/5 level and 24 xp was needed for next affinity level.
Maybe that is dependent of game speed?
OK, MadDjinn, you succeded. I can't wait to play the game and I'm perfectly sure it's gonna be awesome! Great stream!
I've been through many extremely bitter disappointments during the last 2 or 3 years regarding hyped games which failed badly to deliver the promised experience. And I've grown very cautious about preordering.
But this time, I've got a very good feeling. It's one month before release and they have a stable, playable and almost finished version of the game they show liberally. And they are not shy to answer questions. If this game doesn't live up to the expectations, which one should?
CivBE looks to genuinely deliver on giving the player a ton of different, viable and interesting choices and strategies. Can't wait to play it!!
Any changes to Brasilia or the PAU?
I agree that I have a very "Civ5 with better/more options" feeling out of it. And since I like civ5 I'm excited to try that one.
