That's fine Abaddon. Realistically, you'll only be missing an update or two. Then, by the time you come back, my school year will be over too.

    Peaceful Matters in 1963

With the war continuing in New England, and even expanding to a much larger degree then it was, many New Englanders flocked towards Canada and it's 'open arms' refugee policy. The Canadian government remained fully involved in the massive exodus, insuring that the New England populace was promptly put to work, making sure that every single refugee at a ready and paying job. This massive amount of manpower of course helped out Canadian industry quite a bit, not to mention the economic benefits of a larger, 'hungry for goods' populace has. Along with that, new dams, roads and a bunch of otherwise generic economic improvements occured. (+1 Canadian EP, +60 Canadian IP, ++4 Canadian IP)

Ecuadorian forces fortified the DMZ on it's border with Peru.

Drilling in the Western Amazon continues to bode well for the Ecuadorians. Money has been made, though it's the general feeling that one final push in terms of government spending is needed for any major returns. (++1 Ecuadorian IP)

The German transportation ministry has constructed a series of Highway networks throughout Germany known as the Autobahn, making the flow of resources and other equiptment through the nation a lot quicker and sensible then it was before. (++2 German IP)

German Chancellor Heinrich Kauffman publically denounced the USMA this turn, then cut off all diplomatic relations with the 'evil' power. Coinciding with other events (see Military Matters), this seems like a move most other European leaders will be following soon.

The German people began gearing up got next year's General Elections. The Konservative Partiet candidate, and current Prime Minister, Heinrich Kauffman, has already begun making tours around the nation, giving speeches and attending media events. The result is a vast majority of the German public supporting Heinrich in one form or another. (+German Happiness)

With the success of the Sitka-San Diego line in North America, the nations of the Sitka-Quito Cooperative instead decided to just forgo any more smaller railroad improvements, and connect Sitka to Brazil via train. The result was the begining of the Sitka-Quito-Rio de Janeiro Line. Lines through Gran Colombia and Mexico have been finished, with Ecuador and Brazil trailing behind. (+1 Gran Colombian EP, +1 Mexican EP)

Keeping with California's economic integration last year, the market of the Sitka-Quito Cooperative began adopting a new, single currency this year, called the America's Peso. These steps towards integration have brought quite a bit of industrial growth in all involved nations, though in some more then others. (++1 Alaska IP, ++2 Oregonese IP, ++2 Californian IP, ++1 Mexican IP, ++2 Colombian IP, ++2 Ecuadorian IP, ++2 Brazillian IP)

The previously government owned Colombian Television Broadcasting towers, and companies began being privatized this year. The main content of new Colombian Television? 'Steamy' Soap-Operas, and Soccer matches. The building of new broadcast towers, along with creating several thousand new jobs for Colombians previously out of work has given Colombia a small spurt of industrial growth, though nothing major. This private dominance of the airwaves has brought some Gran Colombian culture into the recently annexed lands of Central America. (+Colombian Happiness)

Iberians have been busy this year, working on 'Proyecto Helios', a project dedicated to finding ways to transform solar energy into electricity. These 'Sun Farms' have appeared in Morocco and the Canary Islands, and a lot progess has been made, at least according to the Iberian foreign ministry. (++4 IP)

Iberian business executives have begun attempting to get a better grasp of their own economy, trying to beat out foreign businesses with their own. In some cases, this has worked. And in others, it has backfired. While Iberia has managed to get a better grip on it's agricultural sector, in areas such as business, it has found that more often then not it's competitors looked at the increased competition as more of a challenge then anything. But a growth in the Iberian railroad industry, and general expansion of the population into more suburban regions has led to a resurgence of Iberian entrepreneurship. (+1 Iberian EP, ++3 Iberian IP)

Even Equatorial Guinea began receiving some love from the Iberians. (+Iberian Happiness)

Iberian business men also made the long trip to the strange nation of Ukraine. Meeting (and, consequently, getting quite intoxicated) with several representatives from the Ukrainian Economic ministry, several business deals were made, including one massive sale of tractors to the Eastern European nation. (++1 Ukrainian IP, ++1 Iberian IP)

A regional election took place in India's new Szechwan territory, for a regional legislator. A young man by the name of Liu Jefeng soon found himself with the title, after a thorough backround check. (+Indian Happiness, ++3 Indian IP)

Plebiscites were held in the Xinjiang province of China this year, and were oversaw by several inspectors from both Greece and Chile. These votes, in regards to local regions either staying with China or joing the new state of Uyghuyrstan have proven to be roughly equal, with all of the regions in question remaining with China, and the other half joining the latter. (++1 Uyghuyrstan IP)

With the escalation of tensions between the Soviet powers, and the Coalition of Asian States, the desert region on the outskirts of the lands the Soviets occupy in Xingjiang began experiencing fortifications on behalf of the Japanese and Indian militaries. Mines, among other things, have become prominant marks of the otherwise barren landscape, discouraging any would-be Soviet offensive.

The Chinese territories recently annexed by Japan already began being integrated into the Empire of the Rising Sun. Of the begining steps of this integration, was the introduction of Imperial taxes into the lands, set at the same level for the Chinese as they are anywhere else in the Empire. While many thought this would in fact bring resentment and anger towards the Japanese from their new Chinese citizens, the move was accepted, for the most part. The Imperial Taxes were, after all less then the ones they suffered through under their old rule, and all the 'rabble-rousers' in the region had already high-tailed it out to Mongolia. (+1 Japanese EP, ++6 Japanese IP)

Dutch companies began releasing information found about the Congo's wealth of resources to private companies that the nation's government trusts, and hopes to work with in the near future. Of the companies given the information, several gave it a look, though question the risk setting up camp in the Congo might bring. While the PCAA has done a good job in maintaining the delicate tension between Dutchman and African, there is always the possibility that poking the bear too much may wake it up. Regardless, several companies began hashing out factories in the deep interior. (++1 Dutch IP)

The Dutch industry grows.. (++2 Dutch IP)

The Nigerian Revolution is still in full swing, with many of the jobs previously taken by whites now being filled up with happy African youth. Of course, this is not to say all is going well for the revolution.. (see Military Matters)

Economic integration between Ukraine, Austria and Poland began this year. Among the first things created was a Polish-Ukrainian Railroad, crossing national lines, and heading into each others industrial heartlands. Polish president Czeslaw Kowalski has been one of the most adament supporters of this move, citing the regions otherwise lack of direct trade. Members of the Ukrainian Mininstry of Transportation met with some Polish representatives, shared a hearty laugh, and drink, and quickly got to business. Things are getting done, and the railroad seems to be going well thus far.

A Russian 'Light Industry Program' started up this year. While Russia's industry in previous years have focused primarily on the manufacteur of more industrial related things, and of course, the military, a this new program has been initiated in the hopes of making consumer goods, such as the television, more readily available to the common Russian. (+Russian Happiness)

The People's Republic of the Caribbean's independece has finally been secured this year.. though some trouble arouse when the Russian fleet entered the region.. (see Military Matters)

The Turkish government has begun encouraging private enterprise, rather then state sponsered. The government has begun giving out loans to people more regularly then before. Land has been leased, for the purpose of private companies mining it, or growing crops on it. The business community has become a fan of it, and the Turkish government has made sure they're recieving their fair share of the profits as well.

The Grand Alliance of Islamic Nation's railroad project has finally been completed this year, with the first train making the 'maiden voyage' from Instanbul to Khartoum.

Tensions on the Ukrainian-Romanian border continued to mount this year, with both nations sending active patrols fully armed right up to the borderline, to really make sure a mistake like last year does not occur.

'The Lansing Project' began.. but was interrupted. (see Military Matters)

The United States of the Mid-Atlantic decided to change it's name to simply the United States of the Atlantic, after the proposed annexation of New England completely into it's domain. New England, now led by what is essentially a Military Junta refused to sign the treaty, instead opting to fight to the last man. (see Military Matters) The name change still applies, however, something President Lawrence of the United States is quite steadfast about.

Despite all the events the United States of the Altlantic has found itself in, they have managed to pull together to have an election for president. The candidates are varied as they are talented in their specific places of expertise. No winner has been announced yet, though some complications arose when Socialist Candidate Vladimir Trotsky was shot, and promptly withdrew from the election.

Elections in the Confederacy were in full-swing for most of the year, with opponents Senator Jordan, and Vice President O'Neil in a close race up until the actual voting began. Some polls even put Senator Jordan as the election's winner, though ultimately tensions with the USMA led the public to choice the otherwise more military minded O'Neil to be their leader for the next 5 years.

After whole-heartedly joining SADETO earlier, Argentina completely jumped ship, into the arms of the already massive Sitka-Quito Cooperative, causing some strains in the government, and the general population. (-Argentinian Happiness)

Despite this, a public works progress began this year in Argentina, a highway connecting the northern parts of the nation to the southern regions. The N-S (North-South) Highway has already allowed for a flow of goods into the into and out of the regions, however it isn't quite finished yet. (++2 Argentinian IP)

A few hundred Greeks showed up to join the Ukrainian Foreign Legion this turn, which quickly turned into more of a farce then anything, as the Ukrainian commander, convinced they were Romanian, had them prove their 'Greekiness' by preforming in an ad hoc version of the Olympic games. The offended Greeks however, soon found themselves heartedly welcomed by their new brothers, despite the awkard situation that occured during the rock toss.

In a move that shocked a lot of the world, the British Empire officially gave the Gold Coast it's independence this year, citing for better relations between the nations in the future. The reaction from the people of the Gold Coast (now calling themselves Ghana) has been overwhelming, to put it best. Parades have been held throughout the new nation, while a general feeling of 'thanks' has been felt, in regards to their old British rulers. The youth of Britain have also been thankful too, with the worries of being bogged down in a long colonial war subsiding as well. (+Ghana, +British Happiness)

In an attempt to help facilitate some better relations with it's smaller neighbor, the Yucatan Republic, the Mexican Empire has proposed a student exchange program to begin next year. Things are already looking up for the two nations.

    Scientific Matters in 1963

Some engineers in Iberia have been testing and experimenting with some interesting aeronautics ideas. So much so, that some blue prints have been drawn up. Wether or not the Senate of Iberia likes it has yet to be seen.

Californian President Ricardo Nixon began pointing himself, and his fellow Socialist workers to the stars, with continued investment in the Californian Space program. A public 'want' to go to space has encouraged some of California's academics to humbly request funding to actually get into the final frontier. (+California Happiness) (+Californian Space Tech Research)

De Vries and his people have also began looking towards this ultimate goal, albeit with a bit less fervor then the Californians. Regardless, some of the brightest minds in the Dutch Empire met together in Amsterdam to discuss how exactly the Netherlands may achieve the 'exploration of the great beyond'. (+Dutch Space Tech Research)

    Cultural Matters in 1963

It goes without saying that Christoofer De Vries has been up to his normal 'better dead then red' antics this year, coupled with an expanded 'Pro-everything military' campaign also.

Along with that, a 'pop' sensation swept the Dutch Empire this year. Annemarie Hubrecht has become an overnight phenomenon throughout the Empire, with her song 'Friday'. Backlash was was recieved fairly quickly however, and nothing has come from the young 'Pop star' since.

Britain has been busy building new football stadiums this year, drawing massive crowds out of their homes to watch the big games, and root for their local 'stars'.

A band from Britain, known as the Beatles has become increasingly popular in some areas of the world, specificlly Britain itself, France, Germany the Netherlands, and to a lesser extent the Confederacy, Texas and Iberia.

    Military Matters in 1963

Revolts continued in part of French North Africa, with larger ones occuring in German Togoland. A lot of people have cited the new Nigerian government as inspiration for these revolts, with a few other voices shouting that it was the ease in which Ghana gained it's freedom that is feeding the flames. Whatever it is, European soldiers have been sent in, and the crackdown was swift and brutal. Yet guerilla's remain in the brush, killing as many of the Europeans as they can. The only real effect felt by this fighting thus far, has been to industry. (-30 French IP, -10 German IP)

Operation Havanna exploded this year, with Confederate troops crossing into the United States of the Atlantic, after the Confederate airforce caught the Atlantean airforce by complete surprise. Strategically placed aircraft carriers stationed off of New Jersey, with complete dominance in the field of Intellegence led the Confederate's to crush a large portion of the Atlantean airforce within hours. This assault was followed with a quick lightening strike against Maryland and Southern Pennsylvania that the Atlantean military was entirely unprepared for. With most of the general army bogged down fighting in New England, the few militia units that could be raised, along with the defensive divisions kept to the rear quickly converged on Philadelphia to protect the capital. The lack of air power however, made this an increasingly difficult task, as the Atlantean military units hastily assembled fortifications to protect the city.
(-4 USA Fighter Squadrons, -1 USA Bomber Squadron, -6 USA Divisions, -3 USA Armoured Brigades, +5 USA Militia Divisions, -100 USA IP, -1 USA EP, -2 Confederate Fighter Squadrons, -3 Confederate Divisions)

Meanwhile, the offensive against New England continued, with initial success, but the Confederate invasion of Pennsylvania led to the land initially taken by the Atlanteans to quickly fall back into the arms of the New English military, or what was left of it. Many New Englanders, now sensing it was a war for national survival began fighting with a greater ferocity then seen before. A big blow came to morale however, when Boston, for so long the nation's iconic city, eventually gave way to the Atlantean onslaught.
(-1 USA Fighter Squadron, -2 USA Divisions, -1 USA Armoured Brigade, -4 New English Divisions, -1 New English Fighter Squadron, -1 New English EP, -40 New English IP, +5 New English Militia Divisions, -1 Maritime Division)

In a cobbled together attempt to counter act set-backs in the East, the United States of the Atlantic began assaulting Western Confederate territories. A submarine campaign, aided by the Maritime's fleet, was initiated against the Confederacy in the Caribbean, sinking several unprepared Confederate ships. The Confederates did manage to fight off the USA surface fleet covering the wreckage of last year's renegade sub. The Confederates, while in control of the wreckage have yet to actually bring it back on land to inspect it. The bulk of the two nation's fleets have yet to actually confront each other, both preferring to attempt to gain some sort of strategic advantage through maneuvering.
(-4 Confederate Destroyers, -1 USA Submarine, -1 USA Destroyer, -40 Confederate IP)

The Civil War in China died down if only slightly, with a bulk of the Communist rebels instead heading into Mongolia to continue the revolution from there. Inflamation of the movement has lead to several members of the new Mongolian parliament to call for a complete removal of CAS soldiers from the nation. As CAS commanders waffled in regards as to handle the public outcry, the people of Mongolia took it in their own hands, marching on the capital, requesting the Prime Minister step down. Armed militia groups under the leadership of a man named Damdin Kuktuktu. (-30 Mongolian IP)

A rebellion has begun in Northern Nigeria, with what is believed to be foreign support. A group of renegade whites, refusing to willingly go to the work camps in the north, has amassed a broad enough support group to be more then a small thorn in the side of the Nigerian government. (-2 Nigerian Divisions, -20 Nigerian IP)

In the Caribbean, the fighting on the Carib Civil War was all but over. A last ditch effort by Republican forces, aided by the mysterious men of God's Army a strange Christian Republican group that sort of just.. appeared was all in vain, as it soon became apparent that the vast majority of the Caribbean nations supported the Communist government. After some sporadic fighting many just gave up and went home. All in the course of a Russian flotilla making its way into the hot-spot, to protect against any would be reinforcement attempts to help the rebels. All was going to plan, until the Russian carrier found itself damaged by an uknown submarine attack. To top it all off, another Russian destroyer was struck by a torpedo, and this time was sunk off the coast of Santiago harbor. The Russians were furious, to say the least, and began hunting for the under-water assailants. But none could be found. (-1 Russian Destroyer, -5 Russian IP)

    BRITISH PRIME MINISTER ALEC CLAYMORE
    -written by Leonard Nemoido

A nation like the Netherland's elects a man like De Vries. A nation like the Confederacy elects a man like O'Neil. An Empire like Britain does not elect a man like Claymore, unless they want to see some things get rearranged, some policies changed, and some progressive new ideas come into shape. And as a matter of fact, he has managed to hit the nail on the head with all of those points in his one year in office.

First and foremost, he gave the Gold Coast their independence, minus the muck of any real long-term messy deals. Do you see De Vries doing that? You may take a second to laugh. On top of that, he spent the Empire's money, not on building a massive military to fight in a conflict that might not ever come into fruition. Rather, he spent money on things like Stadiums, sports teams, and of course, the economy. While Claymore might now have been the one to initiate the economic growth programs, he is certanily reaping the benefits.

Under a short year of his rule, British culture has flourished, the people of Britain are happy, and things are looking mighty bright for the Empire where the sun never sets.

    Runner Ups
    2. Confederate President Jack O'Neil In times like these, O'Neil is the type of guy you want running things. Seriously, as anyone in the Confederacy.

    3. Mongolian Rebel Leader Damdin Kuktuktu One of the few people in Mongolia to take charge in the growing revolution. He knows what he wants, and he knows how he's gonna get it.

    Ghana's New Flag
    GHANA GAINS INDEPENDENCE
    -written by Katja Purrey

For the last hundred years or so, when an Empire's people revolted, they were crushed. Brutally. Hell, even look at the situation today in Togoland and Chad. To put it frankly, Europeans to do not like to give up what they view to be theirs. Even if that means killing thousands of people to make a point. And that's the way it's been since Columbus first stepped foot in the New World. Until Alec Claymore sat down as Prime Minister of the British Empire that is.

Rather then killing hundreds, creating a long lasting hatred between ruler and servant, all the while draining the Empire's coffers and manpower reserves, Claymore instead took the root that made more sense (arguably, at least), and gave the people what they wanted- freedom. Because of this, the antagonism for the most part is gone. Because Claymore doesn't see some extra territory to hold onto in Ghana. Rather, he sees a primed, and excited future ally, and possible bastion against the spread of African Communism. To top it all off, his dealings with his previous colony was amiable, and they gained their independents with few strings attached. They're not even a protectorate. He walked into the Prime Ministry with plans for a change in the way things have been done in the Empire. And so far, he's made quite the impression. Our hat is off to you sir. Try to talk some sense into some other.. rather think headed people for us.

    2. Submarine Activity in the Caribbean Seriously. Who the f*** keeps sinking these ships?

    3. The Rebellion in Mongolia The People have spoken. They want Communism in, and CAS out. How it goes from here, however, is really anyone's guess.

@All: Another apology. For the lateness, and the low quality update. My life has been a hell, thanks to schooling, and my brain has been.. well, everywhere. So if there are mistakes, and I'm sure their are, let me know so I can fix them as soon as possible. Sorry again guys.

@All: Just a reminder, from this update on, minor bonuses will be given to those who write stories. Not too much mind you.. but an incentive is an incentive.

@BSmith: No, it's not 'permanent', but it's my feeling that at least a 1 EP investment is needed to rebuild some stuff. That may also help your harvesting of some of your new land's resources.

@Milarqui: Good orders, but your spending projects split your money up quite a bit. Rather then have you start a bunch of unrelated projects, I merged them, and so you got your bonus. If you really want it the other way, I can do that too. Just let me know.

@badunoff: The actual lab and such would probably be around 2 EP. Of course, based off of the other information you'd mentioned, you'd also be delving into Space-Tech, Bio-Tech and Atomics, all of which would cost more money also. What exactly would the point of this lab be also, so I have a better idea as to what direction you're looking into.

@Eltain: I checked, and checked again. I didn't receive any orders mate. :/

    To the USMA
    From the Confederacy

We are not fighting a separate war of aggression against you; we are intervening in the New England War in order to see independence and freedom maintained in North America.

The Confederacy seeks no territory, indemnity, or other such gains from this war. We do not have any selfish goals in this conflict; we are not initiating a war of conquest or plunder. In that light, we wish to convey the following terms of peace:

    * *

o New England - USMA borders shall return to pre-war conditions, and all USMA forces shall pull out of New England. USMA may seek reparations for the war from New England, provided they are fair and justified.

o USMA will revoke any claims to New England territory or independence. The USMA will cease any notions of territorial expansion or conquest over any nation in North America. Prisoner exchanges and other formal out of combat activities should begin as soon as possible.

o The Confederacy shall pay the USMA two income over the next five years as reparations for the invasion. This payment shall come whenever most convenient for the Confederacy, provided that it is given within the five year time frame.

o The USMA shall lend any documents, evidence or the like on the sinking of the CSS Allatoona to Confederate authorities and withdraw from the investigation.

o The USMA and Confederacy shall sign a twelve year Non-Aggression Pact, with the world as a witness, with the following conditions:

    * The USMA - Confederate border shall remain demilitarized for twenty miles, with no fortifications or other such constructions being permitted within that area. Failure to refrain from this action, from either side, shall be taken as a casus-belli and will be viewed as a violation of the pact. These terms can be renewed or altered after the twelve year period.

    * * *

Story note: It was President James Monroe Forrest, as one of his last actions as President, who ordered the operation. O'Neill agreed with the decision and is now officially the President of the Confederacy. I will write stuff up as soon as possible.

The USA, under its current president, refuses to give into any demands made by these southern aggressors. They interfere in affairs that are not theirs to interfere in, and act like the hypocrites they are. They claim that they want stability and the status quo for the continent...but what happened to the status quo when they annexed most of the territory of the state of Texas? They want stability? Perhaps they should let the USA put down these New Englishmen who attacked the Maritimes for no reason at all. THEY are the aggressors-not us. And now you put forth even more aggression in America, specifically towards our country. How does more war achieve stability, I ask you? It doesnt. And yes, you might say that we created more chaos when we intervened on the behalf of the Maritimes: But the difference is that we, the people of the USA, at least had the decency to declare such like true men instead of launching a cowardly surprise attack upon another country.

    Excerpt from the Philadelphia Inquirer:

New polls taken from the peoples of the USA that remain free outside of confederate rule have shown a huge leap in popularity for General John Vector, the republican candidate in this election. The confederacy to the south has begun the war that Lincoln failed to end properly, the issue that Lincoln failed to resolve. Just like the CSA elected a military man into office after their government spouted propaganda about american aggression, our people seem to have suddenly realized we need a president experienced in matters of war in order to survive this onslaught of the traitorous southerners. His populareity has been further helped by the fact that the nationalist candidate has dropped out in order to rally the western milities and launch a counter assault into confederate territory, which has been highly successful in the few weeks it has been in operation. Tom Russel has filled his place on the ballot, although everyone seems to agree that its just like old times now, Democrat against Republican.

Of course, Jimmy carter still has a strong chance of winning this war. Although many want vengeance against the CSA for this unprovoked aggression, a select few agree with Carter that their demands are entirely reasonable. Vector has responded to this with a recent press statement saying:
Jimmy Carter has no experience in warfare, nor the effects of it. Should we leave NE to go rebuild itself, it will only rebuild itself into a position so that it can take on our protectorate once again. And the CSA? Mr. Carter suggests that we should bow down to the demands of a foreign power! When has the president of the United States of the Atlantic EVER bowed to the will of a foreign leader on an issue regarding our country and its own business? NEVER. And we cannot allow ourselves to falter here, lest the southerners declare this a victory and go on to think they may control what we do, and how we do it. And the DMZ? They merely want to demilitarize the border so that they may strike at us whenever we do something that displeases them. We cannot allow the USA to virtually lose her sovereignty! It doesnt matter if you are from Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Lansing, Detroit, or even Bismarck! We must stand united in the face of this crisis! This will be the war of the century for our two nations, and hopefully we may find a solution to make sure no war ever becomes worse then this.

I'm flattered by your nation's mimicry of our elections, but that's not gonna keep us from the table. I don't care if you use the same margin of victory as the Confederate election in your election, or invent the same candidates or use the same speeches. heck, I don't care if you use the same states in the Confederacy to calculate electoral votes. what I want is peace; you seem to want to continue the war. flattery can only get you so far. we have presented fair terms for peace. if you continue this senseless badgering about hypocrisy then we will be forced to restructure the peace settlements to favor a more defendable position for the Confederacy. we offer the same peace terms one more time. if you still refuse them then we will be forced to more drastic measures.

Your people are misguided, seeing that, in the election, they are willing to support a canidate throwing their lives away for imperialist gains. once again, the Confederacy seeks no territory or acquisitions from this war. if you refuse this peace one more time, then your nation will have lost all semblances of honor, justice, and understanding.

this was sent using my phone so I will type a more detailed response later.

OOC: Elections aren't unique to the CNA.

OOC: If you have 3 quarters, 4 dimes, and 4 pennies, you have $1.19. You also have the largest amount of money in coins without being able to make change for a dollar. :crazyeye: ;)

Or, to be more specific, I'm just trying to convince him to sign the darned peace agreement.

Stats have been posted. What mistakes have I made?

Also, Indochina and Brazil are now free.

In regards to the whole 'post a story for a bonus' thing, the term story is probably a bad one to use. Post any type of content that furthers the world-building of the NES, something you took some time to do, and you get the bonus. This includes, histories, stories, flags, other maps and the like, or even editing wiki articles to some degree.

    Best of luck.

I should have 2 more divisions and armoured brigades. Also, shouldn't my industry have grown, since you said that the Energy Company project would start to see gains this turn.

Also, please check my orders, since I still have yet to see any of my tech research appear in the stats.

    Great update!

Minor point: the AIN railroad project should be marked as complete.

Are you sure you ACTUALLY checked all the stats?

Because I'm missing a couple of things:
    - The 1 EP increase from the Infrastructural Revitalization project
    - The Happiness increase from my investment in Guinea Ecuatorial.
    - The tech-sharing amongst the members of the Entente Imperial

Also, why isn't there any frigging mention of the Congressional elections at Iberia???

    Nice update!

Aye, my economy is also unaltered I believe.

Also, does (++) mean something different from (+)? Why did everyone else get ++2 IP for the currency, when I only got ++1? Just curious.

Well, I'll be out of town all of June. Please go easy on me when you NPC me. ;) Sucks I posted a lot of stories last turn - no time to post any before I leave.
