You wanna see noobness? look at yourself. You attacked a nation that has an alliance with half of NA. You are even smaller than the nation in question. i suggest that you shut it and accept the proposal, or else the USMA will be forced to henceforth participate in the conflict, on the opposite side from you. at least Ecuador is now trying to correct their mistake.

OOC: Eh, I used to feel the same way. But, after playing a lot of Victoria II, I've come to realize that straight borders, for both states and nations, are kind of cool.

The point is simplicity and lack of confusion. A straight border will achieve this, and will go a long way to solve the root cause of this conflict – a disputed border. Start adding curves and wiggles, and you add room for error.

If there was a river that went nicely from east to west, then I would use that, but there isn’t.

Well, talking about being called a noob and such. It was a good idea in theory, and I for one really don't care. It just generally helps with the flow of the NES, if their is a seperation of OOC and IC. IC, your president wouldn't of been called a noob. At least, I'd hope not.

President James Monroe Forrest Addresses Confederate Troops in Charleston, South Carolina.​

President James Monroe Forrest planned a special ceremony for those Dixie lads mobilizing to serve in the Caribbean War, both veterans and enlistees determined to protect their homeland from the threat of communism.

As a special privilege, he has invited a youth group to perform at the ceremony. The Newport News High School Marching Band, the national winners in this year's marching band competition, was selected to perform for the soldiers. They chose to perform a rendition of The Bonnie Blue Flag.

As the men filled the sitting area along the White House Green, the marching band performed their routine.

In the first segment of their song, they formed a circle and marched clockwise, welcoming the soldiers as they found their seats.

When the second segment began, the band's colorguard joined the musicians on the field, waving Bonnie Blue flags. The band formed nineteenth century battle formations, a homage to the War for Southern Independence, and marched in military ranks, mimicking those who valiantly fought in the War for Freedom; at the head of each rank was a member of the colorguard, wielding the flag like a regimental flag bearer.

In the third and final segment, they reenacted celebrations after independence was achieved, marching around one another in joyous celebration, with the colorguard now waving both Confederate and Bonnie Blue flags, alternating each per person.

As they completed their show, the President rose to speak at the podium, initiating a barrage of applause from all in attendance. There were several hundred servicemen, seated in the front of the spectator area; behind them were thousands of other civilians from the city. Intercoms were stationed several hundred feet distant for the length of the Green, to allow the multitude of spectators to hear each word of the President.

"Good afternoon, brothers and sisters in Dixie," he began, with applause from the crowd. "I've called this celebration today as a sign of homage to those brave men who have volunteered to defend their family, friends, and homes from the threat of Communism in the Caribbean."

The crowd claps in support.

"I've organized this event to show our soldiers in the military that they possess both the unwavering support of our people, and the eternal thanks of the entire nation for their duty and sacrifice."

An applause erupts from the crowd.

"On that note, I'd also be one to claim that it is our duty as Dixie men and women to show them our support and thanks for their perpetual vigil to defend our borders, our children, and our way of life."

More applause.

"I've come to realize, that in the grand scope of global politics, a nation's foundation -- her culture, her ideals, her way of life -- is the greatest of treasures; however, those veritable riches are easy to lose and difficult to defend, especially against discrete enemies such as the Socialists. These servicemen have heeded the call of Dixie to protect that aforementioned treasure, and as such, deserve to be labeled as heroes in every sense of the word."

The crowd commence in applause for the soldiers; the President joins in, clapping from the podium.

"Each of these men understand the risk associated with their patriotic calling. There is no misconception: every man here knows that his mission is perilous, and that the Socialist mob of the Caribbean will swarm over the innocent, like a swarm of flies overtaking a farmer's fields; they understand that these Communists will utilize their coercive grip on the population to further their ideological brainwashing. Each of these men seated before you knows this to be true; yet, in spite of these odds, each has bravely heeded the call to arms to defend his homeland. He understands the threat the Communists bring; he understands the necessity of total victory in this war; and he understands that the ideology of Dixieland will crush the ways of the Communists!"

The crowd's suspense explodes into bouts of intense applause. Clapping mixes with devout cheers of support from the people, echoing the heartfelt sentiments of the entire nation.

"So, as spokesperson for the entire nation, for every Dixie man and woman, I hereby extend to you, our soldiers-in-arms for the defense of the Confederacy, our ardent and wholehearted thanks for your service to our nation, and consider each and every one of you a hero to be remembered in our history books forever!"

The crowd again erupts with applause. National flags are seen waving amongst the crowd, and shouts of "Dixie forever!" and "God bless Dixie!" are heard amongst the generous thanks the crowd bestows upon their soldiers.

"God bless each of you, and God bless Dixie." The President ends, allowing applause to continue as he leaves the podium.

I was taking it as if the bolivian president had made an IC public statement about the president being a noob at leading the country, as thats what it basically amounted to. in my view, it could have been taken either way, IC or OOC. Sorry if you felt it didnt belong .
