In my eyes the most probable cause is that it is a Window´s problem. If I remember well, the wrong spelling 'Medivial" in the CCM2 biq was corrected with the last version of CCM2. If the old version of the biq with the wrong spelling is located in the virtual store of your laptop/pc, the old biq overwrites the newer version of the biq, irrespective of beeing the C3C main biq named Conquests in the C3C mainfolder or the biq in the scenarios folder named CCM2.45. You have to look for the VirtualStore in your pc (search-function) and if you find there a structure like the following, you have to delete the Conquests biq (mainfolder) or the CCM2 biq (Scenarios folder) in the VirtualStore, that overwrites your biq in the normal C3C folder with an old version of that biq and than to reinstall the biq with the current version in the C3C mainfolder (Conquests biq) or in the C3C scenarios folder (CCM2 biq), because the biq in the normal folder was overwritten with the dates of the biq with the old version. A biq is automatically written by Windows into the VirtualStore, when you change something in the normal biq in the Program Files (X86) folder. The same can happen with text files.
