I switch 180K to Slavery, and Melbourne to Siege Workshop.

I give Spain mysticism, riding, $105 and $1/T for construction. 180K switches to aqueduct to be able to get above size 6.

I already need to decide on a spot for our next city.
(IT) South Africa declares war on Greece. This is great news. We need our future enemies to burn off the initial troops.

    950 BC (2)
(IT) I left the palace stuff on somehow. We add some pretty grass.

I ship Nubia coffee for $219. I don't want to suffer a demand for it.

    825 BC (7)
(IT) Completing the forge really helped 180K. It got past the awkward 9 good shields to 12.

    800 BC (8)
Our enslaver finally hits the Korean warrior. It took ages to leave the hills. Sadly, we gain no worker.
Japan has a crazy stack of 12 ships visible.

Our enslaver simply kills a Nubia scout.
(IT) This isn't a good war. Korea declares on the backwards French. They may become stronger in the war.

I'm taking one turn of overtime to build the next city.
Our enslaver simply kills 2 more Nubian scouts.

Our 50 turn run to seafaring failed. Several AIs just got it.
I give Israel construction to get philosophy.

This is our brand new city. It gains gold, and incense that are strategic resources. It also gains, a second iron to trade.

    Summary:
All of our enslavers are clustered together from hunting units near the hills. They need to spread out again.

We need tech to let us build more culture in 180K.

Our road crew by Melbourne is to head to the new city. We really need that trade bait.

If Korea went to war, we might be able to grab a city or two if we build sufficient units while their military is out of position.

We could build military in the capital and Melbourne (when it comes on line) and should be able to get their closest city at the very least.

2 turns to Slavery in 180k.

Then I trade it to Korea for a Worker (I could get Seafaring 5 turns early, but it would also cost 220 gold. Nuts to that.)

I'm sending the ship back toward Antioch; there are lots of sea tiles...

    I got it.

I should bet a settler soon. Any ideas about where to build a city? I was thinking of on top of the coffee in the hills north of 180k to claim the horses. However it is a little far.

Also, we learn Seafaring in 1 turn. So what tech to study, Religion? I think we should trade for Monarchy at what ever it costs us.

Horse city IMO is way to far. We have no way to defend it in a war.

Elephant / Iron city is still a bit of a stretch. A lot closer then horse city, however. Even more trade bait is good. The challenge is the road crew to get there. The one new worker could be a crew start from north of 180K. I don't want the worker crew by 180K leaving until the city is 100% complete.

Why did we sell this so cheap? Seafaring to Persia for 7 gold. Seafaring to France for 4 gold.

Please pull our enslavers back home. That enslaver by Argos is way too far away. We can't afford to waste our enslavers our exploring. We are way short of workers.

My proposal for the next city.

They were the only Civs (besides Japan who only had 1 gold) that did not have Seafaring and I figured that they would buy it from another Civ before I could get more from them.

    Isn't Greebley up?

Preturn: Move settler toward yellow dot. Lower lux to 10% is possible.
Also trade lit for elephant training since we would have an elephant in our new town radius. Not sure how much we will use this but they are better than we can build for a while at least.
330 BC: We get a Worker for killing a Korean Chariot type unit.
    Build yellow dot city.
270 BC Russia and Nubia are at war.
250 BC: Lost a Enslaver trying to kill a Warrior.
I think I am a turn or two short, but will stop here as this weekend is kind of busy.
    Notes:
Started building units to take Nampo with. Korea is still sending units across the map, so won't have much of an initial rush. We can road in that directiona and will have enough to attack fairly soon. Note that we have no culture builds in our Culture city so it is building the regular elephant (which still has 4 hp).
There is a 2-fer if we could get Religion to trade for Dark Ages, but cannot afford it. We would need to get gpt back from previous trades.

I am not at my PC with Civ right now. I can't make too many comments.

Looking at the picture, did we remove the worker crew from 180K? If yes, can we get some workers back there? That needs to be our #1 priority for workers. Don't stop until the city is at max size.

I think I missed the incense; if so an error on my part if they are the ones I am thinking. They will need to move back.

My plan was to hook up the town, so there are still plenty of workers near the town.

Question: Can we build mines on Forest? I think we can but am not sure.

    ----
I do think grabbing some Korean towns for more unit support is important.
