Loading Save Games

Could someone please explain how I can load a saved game from this forum (not a game I had previously saved in Civ V)?

I've seen a few challenges that look interesting with saved game files attached but am not sure what to do with them. I don't know where I need to save the file on my PC and once it's saved, how to open it.

Sorry if this has been covered already, but I couldn't see it.

You need to copy the downloaded file into this folder:
C:\Users\YourName\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\Saves\single\

Then you're ready to hit up the game and will be able to chose that save.
Likewise you'll need to upload the savegames (4 for a Gauntlet/HoF submission, or only the final one for TSGs) from this folder or the subfolder \autosaves when you want to participate in the competition.
