Loading Specific Files if Rise and Fall is enabled

Is it possible to cordon off one or more xml/sql files in modinfo to load into the game only if the Rise and Fall expansion is enabled? Perhaps using rulesets? I've looked around a bit but I do apologize if I'm asking something obvious. I've always kinda hacked this stuff and now find myself thinking there must be an easier way.

So, I figured out how to do this almost immediately after asking so I feel silly. Anyway, you just need to add <RuleSet>RULESET_EXPANSION_1</RuleSet> to the desired component under <Properties> if anyone else wonders.
