Long loading time (Mac)

After installing the new patch my game just wont move from the loading screen. I create a new world and it just stays there at "loading, please wait". Is there a way to fix this?

New patch? What new patch? I just checked and I didn't get a new one.

It's probably a mod problem if you got a patch. Unsubscribe all on steam and delete the ones you have manually downloaded.
