looking for a mod for gods and kings

Me and my freinds use to have a mod for civ 4 beyound sword that would allow us to play mutplayer and single player with more then defualt number of players allowed for example we use to play with 34 civs in our games, in civ4 my question is has a mod been made or what file needs to be edited to be able to be able to play with more then 22 civs in civ 5 ?

I currently have 32 civs in my game be awesome to be able to play with all 32 civs at the same time.

I suppose this will be one of the first DLL mod made.

I thought they released source code already ?

sigh that sucks 2k games just dosnt patch abilty to allow people to add as many players or civs to game as they want.
