Looking for a new TBS (read post)

I am looking for a Turn Based Strategy(TBS) game that is windowed. Windowed mean like in Civ2 how you can adjust the window size so you can see things like your instan messenger and such. Of course it has to be fun but it doesn't haev o have the latest 3D graphic.

Anyone know of a game like this? It doesn't even have to be new, just new to me.

I recently rediscovered Colonization, which I play in a window all the time.

Also a game called Centurian, which has SOME real time elements, but is a game based on the Roman conquest of Eurasia. Both games are fun, and I still can troll for Civ 2 MP games while playing them...
