Looking for help

I'd like to build a scenario for PTW and I'm looking for a tutorial on what the steps are to do so.

Hopefully the tutorial will include how to add/replace/delete units from the game and how to allow for new maps to be used from the same configuration.

take a look in "Tutorials, Reference, & Guides"-Forum, there you will find excellent tutorials for everything you need, adding units, buildings, civs, etc...
