Looking for icon templates/example/etc.

I have made many icons for civ 5 based on the tutorials there. I am now ready to tackle civ 6... especially units and buildings. However, I am not certain what they should look like... the building Icons look relatively easy. But there always seem to be FOW versions of each icon (Fog of War?). I am uncertain what to make of that. Similarly, there are quite a number of icons associated with units... UnitFlags, Portraits, and Unit. They all seem to have FOW versions. (or black for the UnitFlags). Is there a resource out there that has Unit icons or Building icons created for it that I can use as a basis for creating my own?

FoW in regards to icons relates to how they look when a tech has not been researched. (Yes techs and Civics have FoW)
Take a look at Test of Time, specifically the District icons, they use the same sizes as Units (with one extra 128). Buildings and Districts also use the same sizes (In the Atlases).
