Looking for Promotion Buttons

I'm trying to find the files for two buttons in the game - The icon for Recon units (the binoculars) and naval units (the life ring things). Can anyone help me find the .dds file? or the reference atlas?

All the Buttons are in Art\Interface\Buttons\ Some in a atlas, others in subfolders.
If the Promos you are looking for were in Vanilla game, you will need to unpack the 4 Assets*.fpk files to get them.
