Sorry if this has been mentioned before but:
Hover on the chop says: Four turns. Start chopping.
Your current production says: Three turns to complete.
The production queue is EMPTY.
What happens is that, during TURN THREE the production finishes, but before you get a chance to select the next thing to produce, the hammers are reported as added. Open the city view, and there is NOTHING in the Overflow count. Hammers lost.
Not a huge bug, more of an inconvenience. Durnig turn Two, you have to wake the worker doing the chop and make him skip a turn. Hit next turn and wait for the production to finish. The worker action will come up FIRST. The hover will say: One Turn. Ignore him and open the city to select something to produce. Now select the worker and chop. Hammers are IMMEDIATELY added.
