Low graphics error?

Hi all

I´m playing Civ V with no problems on default settings. However, I wanted to test if there would be less waiting between turns, if I set the graphics on low.

But when I did that graphics looked weird with strange colors, lines and squares all over. As soon as I switched back to default, there's no problem at all.

Anyone experienced this?

And yes, I have the latest driver to my ATI mob 5870...
