Loyalty bar/loyalty per turn suddenly disappeared

I can no longer view loyalty in any city on iOS. What did I do??
I can tap on the religion icon in the city title bar and view the religious breakdown but nothing happens now when i tap the loyalty icon on the title bar. It just says “full loyalty” but it previously used to give me a status bar and how many points of loyalty were accumulating per turn.

Now strangely sometimes I can and sometimes I can’t. For a civilization that I’m not allied with at the moment, I can see the change in loyalty for the loyalty per turn that is being earned for all but one of their cities. I can’t view my own loyalty or anyone else’s loyalty per turn.

Once again cannot see loyalty on any foreign cities’ loyalty on the pull down on the title bars.
