OOC: Eastern European Post-War Reconstruction Cooperative. Basically Russia, Prussia, and a few other nations helping to rebuild in the after-math of the Great War. It also contains, most notably, the Islamic Caliphate, as well as Romania, Poland, and a few other nations. While reconstruction is the main goal, it is also opposed to foreign influence in the area, be it British, French, American, or Asian.

ARMS RACE IN EUROPE: Paris, France: The arms race continues between France and Britain. The French fleet continues to gain ground as six new battleships are commissioned. While the British put the new machine guns into service and fly the worlds first machine gun equipped fighter planes. Spain and Portugal are sticking behind the French in supporting the research progress.
IRON AND LAND: Stockholm, Sweden: After years of rebuilding the Finnish lands of post war Sweden and efforts at gathering the resources that lie within them. The Swedish have had a boom in both iron and money. Now selling the material wealth to Russia, France and Britain in these post war build ups. (+1 Private Enterprise Sweden)
PRUSSIAN REBUILDING: Berlin, Prussia: The war may have left Prussia poor and weak but the continued massive spending on rebuilding the lands, and a lack of paying reparations, have allowed the industry to boom again. (+2 Private Enterprise)
HINDENBURG EMPLOYED BY RUSSIAN GOVERNMENT: Kiev, Russian Empire: Still being held, for his own safety and the safety of Russian troops from another war rallying behind him. Hindenburg has been paid a massive amount of money to train the Russian military, he agreed only if he was allowed to leave for his home after a years worth of tedious work.(+ Army Quality Russia)

TEDDY ROOSEVELTS SECOND TERM BEGINS: Washington D.C, USA: With several reforms in mind the second term of the president is looking to be more exciting than his first. With the continued expansion of the navy and the idea of American Empire fresh in the minds of the population. It seems the true glory of America is coming out of the closet.
SOUTH AMERICAN CRISIS CONTINUES: Caracas, Venezuela: As troops from both sides stand off on the borders, a random shot echoes and a lone Venezuelan soldier, only a teenager, falls dead. The bullet seemed to come from a communist bandit, similar to those in Mexico. Causing the Venezuelan army to make pushes into the lands and cause trouble with the Zulian government. No battles have happened as the Venezuelan army hunts for guerillas in the jungle.

JAPANESE PATROLS FRIGHTEN BRITISH COLONISTS: Singapore, British Empire: Japanese naval patrols through the area heighten tensions and the British fleet in the region have been following the Japanese to hopefully prevent another war.
